All About Us
Here at Pink Dugong Customs Printing, we understand how difficult it can be sometimes to get your design printed. Finding the right materials, colors, and printing methods can all be pretty overwhelming.
Just like dugongs in nature, we don't like things to be complicated and prefer things to be smooth flowing. Dugongs are friendly and peaceful creatures too, and that is why our goal is to be able to help people from all around the world get their design printed, regardless if the quantities are big or small. We want to make your decision and ordering process as smooth as possible and at the same time, advise you on what would be best for your design.

We mainly specialize in apparels (t-shirts, aprons, caps), paper products (flyers, booklets, packaging) and bags (canvas, paper, non-woven) as well. We work very closely with our factories to ensure that your items are properly produced and delivered on time.

Design Service
We require high resolution artworks in order to deliver the best results. Therefore, we will require all visuals to be in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) format. If you have a low resolution logo or visual only, and are unable to obtain the hires version, we can help you redesign or recreate it in high resolution. However, a design fee will be chargeable, starting from RM350. Clients who opt for our design service will be able to keep the working file of their high res design for future use.
